TITLE: Between Bay and Sky
ARTIST: Kim Emerson
LOCATION: General Services Department, Tidelands Avenue
DESCRIPTION: This project consists of a series of mosaics including five 3’ wide by 5’ high mounted wall panels depicting the various fields performed at the facility, one 6’ high by 4’ wide wall fountain depicting plant life, and three large sculptural benches incorporated with natural granite boulders. The mosaics depict the ocean life and landscape of the San Diego bay. (2003)
