TITLE: Starscape Bench

DESCRIPTION: Starscape Bench is located in a park across from an elementary school in Milpitas, CA. It was created especially with kids in mind as a functional/ fantasy piece for kids to play on. Materials include high fire ceramic tile, mirror and glass marbles. Two colors of grout with shimmer additive. Production assistance by Nicole Bertoline and Yukari Kato. Created in 2006, commissioned by Milpitas Alliance for the Arts and the City of Milpitas.
