TITLE: Floor Mosaic

LOCATION: Hans Cottage Botel, Cape Coast
DESCRIPTION: This is one a large grouping of mosaics done at a hotel in Ghana. There is a mason on site who has done all of these projects. In Ghana, they use broken tile as a floor covering, but they do no call it "mosiacs". They call it simply, "tiles"... and it is done by the "tilesman". It is rare to see a specific design rendered in mosaic, so I have been recording these as I see them.
