TITLE: Urban water system decoration

LOCATION: On the very start of the road to Angoulême.
DESCRIPTION: Realised in 1995 by Berbard Faillol assited by a team of volunteers, this crossroad mosaic artwork hides a storms waters management system. Commissioned by "Agglomération Urbaine de Périgueux"
