TITLE: May The Muse Be With You
ARTIST: Kim Emerson
LOCATION: San Diego Repertory Theater, Horton Plaza, San Diego
DESCRIPTION: This colorful and whimsical mosaic mural is 10’ wide by 7’ high. It was commissioned by the San Diego Repertory Theater. The purpose of the mural project was to be a fund-raiser for the theater. Patrons purchased a tile to be engraved with their name or the name of a loved one. The artist took the engraved tiles and literally wove and incorporated them randomly into the design. (2003)
