TITLE: Joliet and Father Marquette's Travels in Illinois

DESCRIPTION: Mosaic murals depicting events in the lives of explorers Marquette and Joliet, the first Europeans to explore the Chicago area in 1967-5, line the lobby rotunda. The mosaics were designed by Jacob Holzer of Tiffany Glass and Decorating Company.
