TITLE: Rudolf Nureyev's Tomb

DESCRIPTION: n 1996 AKOMENA won the contract for realising Rudolf Nureyev's tomb in Paris according to the design by the architect Ezio Frigerio, a highly detailed work which reproduces Nureyev's favorite travelling rug: a colourful Caucasian mosaic carpet consisting of twenty shades of red and about ten types of gold. AKOMENA Spazio Mosaico was founded in Ravenna, in 1988, based on an idea by Francesca Fabbri.
